We are very pleased that you found us and are looking over our jewelry website. We would like you to bear in mind while making your selection that every item has been individually created by hand and may vary ever so slightly from the picture you see. If you are not satisfied with the piece once you receive it, please let us know. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
You should receive your order no later than 2 weeks and probably sooner. We would much rather you be pleasantly surprised by receiving your order early than your wondering what in the world happened to it! If by some chance you need your jewelry in a rush, it would be best to call us: Laura @ 580/716-0763 or Sherry @ 580/716-7342.
Should you decide to return an item, there will be a 15% restocking charge, plus shipping costs. If you have any questions regarding the piece you are interested in BEFORE purchasing it, either email Sherry or Laura or call one of us with your concerns. We can let you know at that time whether your selection can be duplicated exactly as seen or just what about it may vary. Hopefully, this will help in the decision-making process and you will be confident with your order. We look forward to hearing from you.

The only personal information we collect through our website at this time is information that you would elect to give us when using a contact form. We assume that since you're giving it to us, you want us to have it. We promise to do unto you regarding your personal information, as we would hope others would do to us, that is, not publish the info in any form, and not sell it either. We collect the information only to serve you, it will never be released to a third party without your consent.
If you sign up for our mailing list when contacting us you can expect to get the occassional correspondence from us. Frankly, we haven't figure out what we might like to bother you with so don't expect anything in your inbox at present. Rest assured that if we find something worthy of spamming our friends with, it will be so spectacular that you won't want to miss it! So sign up, it can't hurt, and we'll always take your address off the mailing list if you ask, no problem.
